Policies will be enforced.

It is the responsibility of the pet owner to become familiar with updated policies before bringing your pet in for grooming services.

 

If you wish to obtain a copy for your convenience, one will be provided upon request.

Copies available as a digital file via email, digital photo via text message, or hard copy given in person. 

Current Client Status
Clients that have not been serviced by Paisley Pet Salon within 5 months of their last appointment will be automatically removed from the client list and considered a 'new client'. If you are wanting to get back on to the schedule in the future, you will be placed on my new client waitlist and contacted if a spot opens up.
Drop-off
Each pup is expected to be dropped off promptly at their appointment time. IF you are running a couple minutes behind (even if it's 5 minutes), please give me a heads up so we can determine if I will have ample amount of time to service your pup.
If you are running 15 minutes late (or more), your appointment will have to be rescheduled (20+ minutes late without any notice will be considered a no-show).
Late Fee
Late fee was implemented started January 2023 & will continue.
- $1 / minutes with a 5 minute grace period
- Example: appointment is set for 2:00pm, client comes in at 2:10pm, a $5 late fee will be added to the total groom charge

When a client is late to their appointment, it sets back my entire day. To stay on schedule, I need everyone to be on time - I understand things happen, but please let me know if ou are running late, even if only a couple minutes.
Pick-up
Each pup is expected to be picked up within 45 minutes of completion of service (unless otherwise discussed with me AHEAD OF TIME)
If you are my last appointment of the day, I ask that you pick up promptly when your pup is finished. I will give you a heads up if this is the case.
Any pups not picked up within 45 minutes of completion will result in a kennel charge of $5 for every 15 additional minutes.
Last-minute Cancellations:
Any appointment cancelled within 1 day of the scheduled appointment may result in a fee that is due before booking your next appointment.
- Example: client's appointment is at 3pm on January 3rd, client cancels (at any time) on January 2nd, this will be considered a last minute cancellation. To avoid a fee, client would need to cancel on January 1st or sooner.

- First last minute cancellation = 50% of groom fee due before rebooking
- Second last minute cancellation = 100% of groom fee due before rebooking
- Third last minute cancellation = 100% of groom fee + termination of client status

No-shows will result in automatic termination of client status.
